Polkcha is a neighborhood craft cocktail bar inspired by the vibrancy, craftsmanship and urban funk of Asian street markets.

A combination of “pocha,” Korean for covered wagon (outdoor food/drink stall), and Polk Street, our bar’s home street, Polkcha combines community with culture, delivering a memorable, high-quality cocktail experience that emulates the unique energy of Asian street markets.
